Washing off chemical residues of consumables?

Vegetables like Cauliflower,Cabbage, etc and fruits like grapes, etc are said to be exposed to more of synthetic pesticides/chemicals. What is the ';best water solution'; to wash these before consumption to remove such residues. Some suggest salt water helps - any alternatives with explanations?

The problem is, that spraying vegetable also means, that some of the chemical is absorbed into the cauliflower, carrots, cabbages etc.

You can rinse your vegetables with water - that'll remove a little of it, but even with all the fake ';chemical-removers'; you can buy, you still get a lot of poison in you.

It's the price you pay for cheap vegetables - farmers can produce more crops, if they don't loose any to insects, and at a lower cost.

However - for own you safety: buy organic!!

It may cost a little more, but it's a small price to pay for a lower risk of cancer etc!Washing off chemical residues of consumables?
Rinse well with Hydrogen peroxide then with water.
