Coffee, bottled water and microwave popcorn are the predominant ones at my office.
Oh....and Chinese take-out! :-) (We eat Chinese food waaaay too much!!!)

Paper, pens, staples, paperclips, whiteout, binders and folders.
It would have to be toilet paper..it is something that everyone in the company will use, the staff isn't made accountable for it and there is no budget for it

Scotch tape.
