Which toner to use for white hair: wella white lady or manic panic/special effects?

I've seen a lot of good talk about wella's white lady, but I'm wondering if it's more or less effective than manic panic's virgin snow or special effects' toner?Which toner to use for white hair: wella white lady or manic panic/special effects?
Manic Panic. They are designed for colors so they would work best considering the color you want is white, and it came out of a bottle.

Ive never tried wella's but i had white blonde hair for quite a few years and i used manic panics and loved it.
