im from the uk so anyone know where i can get a good toner from, dont say anyones from the chemist or supermarket cos ther rubbish ahaI have bleach blonde hair allready, i want to get it white, what toner should i use?
use purple shampoo made for toning blonde hair...or use a purple toner next time after dying it blonde and leave the purple toner in longer than usual, you will get that look you are talking about
