Should i use the toner and moisturizer from the same line of products or can i use those from other brands?

Thanks for spending them answering this question XD

Recently I bought a new cleanser and it states that I should use the other products in the entire range to effectively combat pimples/acne/blackheads etc

Are products such as mask, moisturizer, toner and so on from other brands ok? What are the possible effects?

Thanks.Should i use the toner and moisturizer from the same line of products or can i use those from other brands?
i recommend u use them from the same product because using differnt products have different chemicals which can damage ur face..using the same one with the same vitamins from the productts give u better results!!Should i use the toner and moisturizer from the same line of products or can i use those from other brands?
You can use all from the same company or choose another company, that's okay. But it's very important to use one new product at a time. If you have any reactions to it then you know which one it is. Try the cleanser for a week, if you like it then try the toner. If you like that, a week later try the moisturizer and so on. If you try them all at once and you have a reaction, you won't know which one your reacting to.
I think you should use a different product but from the same company because most things work in packs like that. Such as shampoo they recommend you use the conditioner, etc. Good Luck!
You couldn't cause any damage by using different products, but it is best to use the same products in the range that you are using. The problem however is that you could be using Combination skin face wash(example) and then you go and use something that is not for your skin type, like oily skin toner or dry skin moisturiser, and then you will confuse your skin. You might dry it out, or make it too oily or even cause sensitive skin to sensitise. If, however you are going to use the same 'type skin' product, but from another brand, than you won't have a problem. The problem would be that you won't get the desired results that you want or what the product promised, because products are made to be used together and assist each other in doing the job right. The ingredients they use, will react together and work far better together than if you used something different. So...for best results....stick to the same products' products.
nah.. its all advertising. it will be fine if you use other brands. i do that too.

i used to buy the whole range but it does nothing for my skin. till i mixed and match brands. some times the skincare int the same line might not suit you at all. but if it does, then there is not harm using the same line. no effects so far =) of the mix and matching
Companies usually put other products they sell, just for retail. Of course the company is going to recommend their own products!...It will be okay to use other products!
