its not a white toner. its a blue/violet toner. its cuts all the orange and yellow out making it white :]

your best bet is to go to a beauty supply store like sallys and ask the girls that work there.Where can I buy a white hair toner in the UK? And which ones best?? Any help please!!?
if you go into boots they have a mouse that will take out the yellows in your hair its called vo5.i think they do it in a silver blonde !
search for Tony and Guy's
When bleaching the hair you never go white,if you do then it's overprocessed. You should bleach it to a very pale yellow and then tone with a toner that has violet in the base.
to start with it all depends on your natural hair colouring if you are fair then bleach will do it and yes i do agree it bleach goes white its over prossesed but that kind of the fashion now and there are toners that can take away yellow tones but if hair is mid to dark brown never going to happen sorry.
^^^^^ wot she sed up ther ^^^^^ ; o )
