okay i have bleached hair, i have bleached it 3 times %26amp; ther is still some yellow in it.. i need to find something to make my hair as white or light as possible!

Well, you see, your supposed to get your hair done at a salon, not yourself. I recommend Visible Changes if you have one near you. Or at least a good, popular one.
