Superdrug have toners in little silver bottles, there is a 'cool blonde' one which comes out the bottle a blue/violet colour and will help neutralise brassy tones. I used to buy it when I had platinum blonde hair, it costs about 99p but often there is a 2 for 拢1.50 offer on.
ETA it will help take out the yellow tones but it wont make your hair white if your hair isn't bleached light enough. If your hair is still too dark no toner on the planet will make it white.
